The Bee & Bear is a bespoke retreat destination in Southwest Alberta run by three sisters with deep homesteading roots. They had a logo, but no strategic branding to elevate their story. The gap between the experience they delivered and how they presented online was costing them credibility with their ideal guest. They needed a team that could honour their legacy while translating it into a presence that converted.
We started with almost nothing and built everything: a complete visual identity, typographic system, colour story, and custom illustrations that matched the business they were becoming rather than the one they'd been. We then built a website that put their family legacy and women-led story front and centre, using their own home videos to bring the emotional heart of the brand to life.
