This is the final interview in our series and perhaps our favourite. (Yes, we said it).
We learned about the partnership between a modern beverage startup Above Average Drinks and Biera - one of our favourite spots in Edmonton for dinner.
With the pandemic restricting indoor dining, the two brands decided they wanted to find a way to bring their products together for guests to enjoy at home. Thus, The Biera Box was born.
Available for pick-up or delivery, The Biera Box features a selection of great items curated by both brands. And while it appears the pandemic might be slowly moving into the rear-view mirror, innovative ideas like this are here to stay.
The creativity restaurants and hospitality workers have shown this past year has been nothing short of in-cred-ible. When the doors *literally* closed on their establishments, they built new, digital ones.
